Cupcake Soap Favors

Phew!! It’s been a long and crazy couple of months! It’s definitely been a while since my last post and I promise I have excellent excuses. Seriously. Here’s one of them:

Yeah that’s right. We are officially now a family of four! Athan was supposed to be our turkey baby due November 9th but he decided to be a pumpkin baby instead. He came a week and half early on October 30th. So the last couple of months, I was juggling soaping, school, pregnancy, and everything else life had to give me. It’s been pretty challenging. I’m currently taking a hiatus from markets to focus on a newborn and get my own web storefront. Getting my own domain is in the works! So excited! This hiatus, however, doesn’t mean that I’ve closed. I have been actively soaping custom orders for party favors and taking orders through our Facebook page and Artfire. These orders have made me happy considering that I didn’t get a chance to do any holiday soaps for Christmas. Boo. That’s what the month of October was for but instead we had last minute baby prepping to do.
Here are two of the mini cupcake soap favors that I’ve been busy working on. This one is for a 60th birthday

These are going to be displayed as a bouquet. I’m still working on it but here’s one bouquet in progress

These next mini cupcakes are for a handsome little boy who is turning one. It’s a prince theme and half are topped with crowns, the other half with his first initial. They are still finishing their cure but here’s a sneak peak at the finished product. I wrapped one to show my customer how they would look like

I’ll be amping up production here pretty soon once my restock of fragrances gets in. I have a big show the last weekend of January in Orlando and need to get my stock up. I’m super excited for it! Stay tuned for that, a couple of the soaps I’m doing for the show are new.

Happy sudsing!
